Mala Stores strives for fast delivery of your order. If you place an order before 3 p.m. on workdays, we aim to process your order the same day. We ship many of our items directly through our suppliers. As a result, the average delivery time is 8 - 15 working days.

Europe: Free shipping for orders over €35,-

Exchange and Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email info@malasores.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
