Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • The return or exchange period is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items Excluded from Return or Exchange:

  • Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned.

Return Process:

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the 14-day period from the delivery date. You can reach us via email at
  2. Provide Necessary Information:
    When contacting us, please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Return Shipping:
    After receiving approval for the return or exchange, securely package the item(s) and ship them back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a similar product, please contact our customer support team. We will guide you through the exchange process, subject to availability. Additional shipping charges may apply for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items:
